PURPOSE:To facilitate the investigation of operator and operation content and enhance the effect as a countermeasure to the illegal use of a card key by outputting an operation hysteresis data stored in a memory means by an output means in the case of an operation miss or the illegal use. CONSTITUTION:In a control circuit having a staff card reader 20, a RAM 32, and a staff panel 21, the recorded content of a card key is read by the card reader 20 mainly by a sub-CPU 30, and the operation hysteresis data required for the operator, operation content, and operating time data operated by the card key is stored in the RAM 32. As occasion demands, the operation hysteresis data of the RAM 32 can be outputted by the staff panel 21. The management of operators can be conducted by the RAM 32, and when an operation miss or an illegal use is conducted, the staff panel 21 is driven to output and display the operation hysteresis data stored in a determined area of the RAM 32. Thus, the effect as a countermeasure to the illegal use of the card key can be improved. |
