Sensor for measurement of depth of submersion, working in conditions of percussive, pressure, thermal and vibrational interference, in particular in towed and remote controlled submarine vessels, having a casing containing a converter and electronic circuit, characterized in that the casing (9), connected detachably on both side to nuts (21 and 22), has on its axis successively a shock wave damper (11) whose collar (20) is placed in a socket (10), a diaphragm converter (13) placed in an opening (12), an electrical circuit (15) placed in an opening (14), and a pin (17) placed in an opening (16), while the casing (9), the diaphragm converter (13) and the pin (17) have, on their cylindrical surfaces, grooves (18) in which are placed rings (19) separating them from direct contact with the cylindrical surfaces of, successively, the seat of a barrier (6) and openings (12 and 16), the openings (12, 14 and 16) being open at both ends.<IMAGE>
