PURPOSE:To make it easy to take a glass filler out of a mold by taking out the glass filler embedded in the mold, and heating and pressing the glass filler together with water in an autoclave, and then washing the glass filler with water after softening and weakening the mold. CONSTITUTION:A tooth-shaped wax pattern 12 is fixed by soldering to the end of a conical rubber block 11 and a wax sheet 13 is installed around the pattern 12. A ring tube 15 having an asbestos ribbon 14 stuck to the inner surface thereof around the wax sheet 13 is fitted and disposed in the channel of the peripheral portion of the rubber block 11. A vacuum admixture of a phosphate type material to be buried is casted in the ring 15 and hardened and then the rubber block 11 is removed and the admixture is introduced into a crystallization furnace and processed at predetermined temperature for a predetermined time. The wax pattern 12 is thereby evaporated and forms a mold and this mold ring is taken out of the crystallization furnace and disposed in a centrifugal casting machine. Next, a glass material is casted and heated for a predetermined time in the crystallization furnace and then cooled at room temperature and the material buried in the ring 15 is crushed so that a block of the material buried in the glass mold is taken out. |
