PURPOSE:To surface-finish and deburr a polished object with feeble magnetism very easily, quickly and precisely. CONSTITUTION:A nonmagnetic abrasive is mixed into a container storing a polished object with feeble magnetism, a magnetic force generator arranged with magnets at the center and on the outer periphery on a rotary plane rotatable at a high speed is provided on the bottom face of the container, and peripheral speed motion is applied to the polished object with feeble magnetism over the whole inside of the container. |
