PURPOSE:To correctly extract nuts with a robot by providing a nut feed hopper, a nut feed parts feeder, a nut conveyor, a nut shifting system, a nut stopper system, a nut extracting/reversing system, and a nut positioning/delivering bed. CONSTITUTION:Nuts fed from a nut hopper 112 are aligned in one line vertically reversely by the vibrating action of a nut feed parts feeder 113 and fed to a chute 113a, and a nut shifting system 114 picks the nuts at the front one by one and shifts them onto a nut conveyor 115. The preset number of nuts conveyed on the front side are received by a nut stopper system 116 one by one at positions at the preset interval on the conveyor 115, a nut extracting/ reversing system 117 picks the nuts one by one and extracts them in the correct direction via the reversing action, and the nuts are positioned and held one by one a nut positioning/delivering bed 118 at the fixed Position. |
