A method of manufacturing antiperspirant stick, in which an aqueous solution of aluminium hydroxide is reacted with an aqueous solution of sodium or potassium lactate, followed by mixing of the resulting aluminium-sodium or potassium chlorohydroxylactate complex with alcohol solution of sodium or potassium stearate or palmitate, adding optionally preservatives, thickeners, stabilisers, fragrances and colouring, followed by the production of sticks from the resulting mixture by pouring it into moulds and allowing to solidify, characterized in that prior to mixing with alcohol solution of sodium or potassium stearate or palmitate, aluminium-sodium or potassium chlorohydroxylactate complex as gel is incubated for 1 - 3 hours at the temperature of 60 - 80 degrees C until the liquid is obtained that does not solidify at room temperature, and that liquid is then mixed with alcohol solution of sodium or potassium stearate or palmitate and other components, and shaped into sticks.
