The brake system has an oil fan (2) integral with wheel support frame (20), to separate rotary force from the driving rotary shaft (1) by the force of electromagnet (c) and then reduce the rotary force of wheel (26) by supplying oil pressure by an oil fan (2) through oil supply valve (V1,V2,V3). The oil fan (2) consist of inside fan (5) and outside oil fan (5') mounted at the wheel for oil supply via respective valves (V1,V2) corresponding to the oil fans (5,5'). The vanes (5a,5a') mounted at the oil fans (5,5') are inclined opposite to each other.
