<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a new compound having blood platelet agglutination inhibitory action, etc., as an antithrombotic agent, an antistenocardiac agent, etc. CONSTITUTION:A compound, e.g. 6-methylthioacetyl-3,4-dihydro-2 (1H)- quinolinone expressed by formula I [Z is CR<1>-R<2> (R<1> and R<2> are H or lower alkyl), etc.; R<5> is H, lower alkyl or acyl; R<6> is H, halogen, etc.; X is C(=0), etc.; A is lower alkylene; (n) is 0, 1 or 2; R<7> is H, 1-8C alkyl, etc.]. The aforementioned compound is obtained by reacting a compound expressed by formula II (Y is halogen, etc., such as F, Cl or Br) with a compound expressed by the formula HS-R<7> or its salt (an alkali metallic salt such as Na or K or an alkaline earth metallic salt such as Ca or Mg).</p> |
