PURPOSE:To suppress the change of the transmission factor of an optical system and to perform the stable observation by making full of the liquid so that the medium to place the optical system cannot invade between the optical elements of the optical system. CONSTITUTION:An optical system is provided in a high voltage container and a liquid 27 is made full between the optical elements of the optical system of the transmitter to transmit the optical information by the optical system so that the medium to place the optical system cannot invade. A lens 21 provided in the lower direction of a closed edge tube 18 is provided in a housing concave part 22 provided at a lower cover 13 and focuses the heat radiation from a closed edge tube tip 23. An optical fiber 24 is inserted into a derivation hole 25 provided at the lower cover, connected to an external radiation thermometer 26, receives the heat radiation focused by the lens 21 and transmits the heat radiation to the radiation thermometer 26. The radiation thermometer 26 measures the temperature in a furnace room 17 from the heat radiation transmitted from the optical fiber 24. Then, even when the large pressure fluctuation is performed in the high voltage container 11, the refractive index change between the optical elements can be made small by making full of the liquid 24. |
