PURPOSE:To provide a lightweight vehicle floor having high vibration control and sound insulation quality, and further provide a method for efficiently manufacturing the floor free from a defect at a simplified production process, regarding a floor comprising the superposition of a plurality of layer materials with the surface thereof used as a carpet member, and the manufacture thereof. CONSTITUTION:A urethane foam layer 9 is provided between a carpet member 15 and a floor panel section B comprising the polymer of glass fiber 6 and urethane foam 7 integrated with epoxy resin 8. The floor panel section B and the carpet member 5 are polymerized and bonded to each other, thereby constituting a floor A. Also, dies 10 and 10 among dies 10 and 11 for molding the floor panel section B, and dies 10 and 12 for molding the floor A are used in common, and an insertion hole 5a formed through the carpet member 5 is used for filling the urethane foam 9 for molding. |
