Control system for a deep valve in a gas well, characterized in that it has a servomotor (4) with a plunger with differentiated diameters (1a), (1b), (1c), where the difference in the surface area of the plunger section (1b) and (1c) is greater than the surface area of section (1a), and the servomotor, connected via a head (13) to the deep valve (14) by a system of oil conduits (15), (17), (9), preferably parallel to high and low-pressure gas conduits (12), (7), (8), closes the deep valve smoothly by means of a change in the position of the plunger from lower to upper, brought about by the force of the boundary difference in pressures and through release of a ball (4a) from a groove (4b) in the plunger.<IMAGE>
