PURPOSE:To obtain a compact and simple information line connector fixed in a floor suitable for an advanced wiring method by joining a modular plug at the end of an electric wire of a duct buried in a floor to a modular jack part having modular plug insertion inlet under the floor. CONSTITUTION:In a duct 6 buried previously in the floor 5, a modular plug is connected with one end of an electric wire the other end of which is connected with a main wire apparatus and the modular plug is sunk in the inside of an open part and an electric circuit is thus laid previously. An insert cap of the open party is removed, the modular plug is joined with a modular jack part of a fixed-in-floor type data circuit connecting apparatus 85, and the installation flat plane 85th of the apparatus 85 is fixed by a screw 85p. Consequently, through the modular plug insert inlet 85c, the previously laid connecting apparatus is connected with a telephone, a terminal apparatus, etc., and it becomes a simple and compact connecting apparatus fixed-in-floor type data circuit useful as a previously laid type circuit.
