The device for minimizing the curvature variation of shadow mask in finished products, performs welding after the shadow mask and support frame are arranged precisely. The device comprises a body (5) for loading frame; a pad (4) for compressing formed mask (2) on frame (3), weld tip (6) for welding gap between the frame and the formed mask; cylinder (8) having a tip (8a) for adjusting the frame position; sign slot (21), frame slot (31) respecitvely formed on the mask or the frame; device for detecting whether light is passing through the slots (21,31) or not when the mask (2) and the frame (3) are positioned on the body (5); cylinder mechanism for repeatedly adjusting the position according to the output from the light detecting device.
