The subject of the invention is a device for analysis of the change in a surface condition of at least one metal substrate (8) during pickling, in particular a soft steel sheet. The device comprises an electrochemical cell (1) formed by at least one potentiometric probe (1a) and a voltage measurement apparatus (2). The potentiometric probe (1a) comprises a body (3) formed by a base (4), provided with at least one orifice (6) and intended to be applied onto one face of the substrate (8), and a cover (5), provided with at least one opening (10) for the passage of a reference electrode (11) connected to the said measurement apparatus (2) and immersed in a pickling electrolyte (12) filling the said body, means (18) for fastening the body to the metal substrate (8), means (15) for making a seal between the body (3) and the metal substrate (8), and a measurement electrode (13) connected to the metal substrate (8) and to the measurement apparatus (2). <IMAGE> |
