PURPOSE:To provide the video descrambling device receiving the satellite television toll broadcasting with the influence on uneven brightness by scanning line due to the additional sampling elimination processing in the video descrambling device improved when a descrambled video signal is projected by a television receiver. CONSTITUTION:The average value of data of a color burst part of a scrambled digital video signal 1 is taken as a pedestal level, and the additional sample part of the video signal is switched to the level using a signal switching device 10. Thus, the influence on the pedestal level of the video signal after descrambling due to noise is improved. |
