<p>PURPOSE:To provide a hose fitting-fluororubber hose bonding method in which fittings and vulcanized rubber are firmly bonded together and excellent sealability is securable. CONSTITUTION:This method is featured that an organic silicone bonding agent is applied to a nipple outer circumferential surface of a hose fitting and, after prebaking is over, an alcoholic solvent is applied to the surface and it is inserted into a vulcanized fluororubber hose while a sleeve is inserted thereinto and additionally tightened, and besides, heat treatment takes place.</p> |
