TIRE VULCANIZING MOLD AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide a tire vulcanizing mold and its manufacture which can reduce processing man-hours and a cost. CONSTITUTION:The whole or a part of a mating surface of mutual sector molds 2 is constituted of a form having a free contour of small parts 3, in a tire vulcanizing mold where an annular mold part forming at least a tire tread is comprised of combination of the foregoing sector molds 2 obtained by dividing the annular mold part in a circumferential direction and the whole or a part of the sector molds each are constituted of a plurality of the small parts 3 obtained by dividing in an axial and circumferential directions.
