PURPOSE:To clamp a diaphragm and a case simultaneously without entailing any slippage in space between them. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacture of a pressure control valve in which a fuel inlet passage 14 and a fuel outlet passage 15 are formed in a housing 11, a spherical valve element installing part 37 is formed in the fuel outlet passage 15, and a spherical valve element 13 is attached to the spherical valve body 13 is attached to this spherical valve body element installing part 37, a ring rib 40 is formed in a diaphragm 12 previously, and a ring groove 41 is formed in the housing 11 in advance. Afterward, the ring rib 40 of the diaphragm 12 is fitted in the ring groove 41 of the housing 11 and positioning of the diaphragm 12 is carried out, while an inner part of the housing 11 is attracted from the side of the fuel inlet passage 14, having a diaphragm unit 4 attracted to the housing. In this state, a case 21 is covered on the housing 11, and simultaneously this case 21 is caulked, thus the diaphragm 12 and the case 21 are clamped to the housing 11 at the same time. |
