PURPOSE:To provide an automatic optimum ordering system for the commodity management of commodities except perishable foods, etc. CONSTITUTION:A minimum stock predictive number and a predictive stock number on the previous day of the delivery of this-time order are compared from the delivery day of this-time order commodities, and the predictive stock number on the previous day of the delivery for next-time order and necessary irreducible minimum exhibition number are compared. When the minimum stock predictive number is larger than the predictive stock number on the previous day of the delivery of this-time order or when the minimum exhibition number is larger than the predictive stock number on the previous day of the delivery for the next-time order, an order command is issued. Difference between the maximum stock predictive number from the delivery day of this-time order commodities and the predictive stock number on the previous day of the delivery of this-time order is calculated and the larger one of these conclusions is selected. The difference between the maximum exhibition number and the predictive stock number on the previous day of the delivery for this-time order is calculated and the order command is issued by setting the value on condition that it does not exceed the conclusion as an order quantity. |
