PURPOSE:To provide the title salmon improved in fish meat yield, with a seasoning penetrated throughout the entire fish body at uniform concentration with shortened penetration time. CONSTITUTION:In producing the title salmon penetrated with a seasoning, a thawed salmon meat in a dressed state is injected with a seasoning liquor using an injector followed by aging at lower temperatures.
