<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid crystal display panel having high quality by using a supporting salt which is easily evaporated by heating at the time of an electrolytic polymn. and removing this salt by heating in a post stage. CONSTITUTION:An org. insulating film is formed by using a material which is easily evaporated by heating; for example, aluminum hydroxide or its deriv., as the supporting salt at the time of the electrolytic polymn. in the formation of an insulator. The org. insulating film is subjected to a heating treatment after the film formation. The aluminum hydroxide or its deriv. is decomposed to water and ammonia or its deriv. and volatilzed by the heating treatment in such a case and does not, therefore, remain in the org. insulating film. Then, the switching characteristics of the element are stable and there is no elution of ions into the liquid crystal and, therefore, the high-quality liquid crystal display panel free from unequal display and seizure is obtd.</p> |
