The frequency same as received broadcasting signal frequency is generated by a voltage controlled oscillator and mixed with broadcasting signal frequency to generate base band signal so that noise component generated during IF signal generation is reduced to make an extra decoder unnecessary. The circuit comprises a receiver (100) comprising a first and a second tuning circuit (10,20) for receiving selected channel signal, and a base band signal generator (200) comprising a base band signal generating unit (30) for generating base band signal by mixing received channel signal frequency and generated signal synchronized to the channel signal, a gain adjusting unit (40) for controlling gain of the receiver (100), and an oscillator (50) for generating signal having frequency same as received broadcasting signal.
