The light source is tilted at an angle same as the inclination of curved suface of inner panel so that quantity of light iradiated to inner panel is uniform throughout the whole surface. The method includes the steps: (A) differentiating the curve formula of inner surface of the panel through the short length axis; (B) differentiating shutter operating period; and (C) synthesizing two differentiated value to determine the inclination of light source. The apparatus comprises a differentiator for differentiating electrical signal generated according to the curve formular of a panel, a modulator for modulating output signal of the differentiator to inclination signal, and a time function unit for synthesizing inclination signal and shutter differentiating signal to generate cam shaft drive signal.
