<p>PURPOSE:To provide an extrusion molding method in which industrial wastes can effectively be utilized and a cement-based board material excellent in lighter weight properties, processability resistance to freezing damage, etc., can simultaneously be obtained in molding the cement-based board material by the extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION:A material composed of cement, quartz sand, pulp or synthetic fiber, etc., is extrusion molded and then cured in an autoclave to produce a hardened body. In the aforementioned extrusion molding method, 20-80% quartz sand is replaced with slag which is formed as a by-product in producing ferronickel and finely pulverized to >=3000m<2>/g Blaine specific surface area, and a required amount of an extrusion assistant and water are added and mixed. The resultant mixture is then extrusion molded, naturally cured and subsequently cured in an autoclave to provide a board unit. Thereby, remarkable improvement in physical properties is realized by using the slag, which is formed in producing the ferronickel and finely pulverized to >=3000 m<2>/g fineness Blaine value.</p> |
