发明名称 SUPERCONDUCTING ELECTROMAGNET DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the performance of a superconducting electron magnet by arranging the following: an electromagnet support material which can be taken away from the superconducting electromagnet; and a plurality of cylindrical superconductors at the lower part of the superconducting electromagnet inside a cooling tank. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting electromagnet 5 is supported by a support material in cooling devices 1 to 3 before it is excited. After it has been excited, the support material is taken away and the electromagnet is levitated in a noncontact state. In order to levitate the superconducting electromagnet 5 in a noncontact support, a plurality of superconducting cylindrical bodies 4 are arranged side by side on the bottom part of the cooling devices 1 to 3. A magnetic field generated by the excited superconducting electromagnet causes a negative effect with reference to a group of the superconducting cylindrical bodies 4. As a result, the superconducting electromagnet 5 is levitated. At this time, one part of a magnetic flux generated by the superconducting electromagnet 5 is passed through the superconducting cylindrical bodies 4, and the electromagnet is levitated stably. When an oxide-based high- temperature superconducting material is used for the superconducting cylindrical bodies 4, a cooling operation can be performed easily. Thereby, the performance of the electromagnet 5 is enhanced.
