PURPOSE:To obtain a resin compsn. excellent in dimensional accuracy and impact strength and good in heat resistance and appearance by dispersing polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene ether, a block copolymer, a modified polyolefin, and an inorg. filler in a specific manner. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. which is prepd. by compounding 100 pts.wt. resin component consisting of 36-59 pts.wt. polyphenylene sulfide, 6-19 pts.wt. polyphenylene ether, 11-29 pts.wt. polyamide which is a copolymer of nylon 6 with nylon 12, 11-24 pts.wt. hydrogenated conjugated diene/arom. monovinyl compd. block copolymer, and 1-14 pts.wt. modified polyolefin having at least one kind of functional group selected from the group consisting of carboxyl and acid anhydride groups with 0. 01-10 pts.wt. compatibilizer and 0.1-5 pts.wt. granular or flaky inorg. filler, and in which the polyphenylene ether exists as a continuous phase and the compatibilizer and the most part of the filler have been dispersed in the continuous phase. |
