<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the signal leakage between adjacent through electrodes further precisely and easily forming external electrodes by a method wherein the trenches extending in the thickness direction are formed between the parts wherein the through electrodes are exposed while the external electrodes connecting to the through electrodes are formed on the parts held by the trenches. CONSTITUTION:Multiple trenches 5a-5e, 5f-5j are formed on the thickness direction of a sintered body 2 on the third side 2c and the fourth side 2d of the sintered body 2. Next, external electrodes 6a-9a, 6b-9b are formed on the protrusions between the trenches 5a-5e, 5f-5j. Besides, both ends of the through electrodes 3a-3d are electrically connected to respective external electrodes 6a, 6b-9a, 9b. Through these procedures, the signal leakage between adjacent external electrodes passing through the outer sides of the sintered body 2 can be effectively prevented from occurring. Furthermore, the conductive paste for the external formation can be easily coated thereby enabling the external electrode formation step to be simplified as well as the cost thereof to be cut down.</p> |
