<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a desired material in a cooled steel plate by performing the prediction of a coefficient of heat transfer with good when the steel plate is cooled. CONSTITUTION:The measured values of coefficients of heat transfer of this steel plate are calculated based on physical elements such as temperatures of the steel plate, components of this steel plate and its outer shape, etc., detected on the inlet and the outlet of a cooling device and the measured values of this coefficient of heat transfer are stored by storage devices such as a computer memory etc., in the order of cooling control. In the next cooling control of the steel plate, the coefficient of heat transfer of this steel plate is calculated from an estimated calculating formula by means of a standard coefficient of heat transfer expressed by a neural network model as a continuous function value of steel plate components, the steel plate outer shape, the steel plate temperature and plural measured values put timely in order by the coefficient of heat transfer of the cooled steel plate having physical elements such as the steel plate temperature, steel plate components, the steel plate outer shape equivalent to said steel plate and this steel plate is cooled based on the coefficient of heat transfer.</p> |
