PURPOSE:To obtain high releasing property and enough nipping width, and to suppress electrostatic charge and toner offset. CONSTITUTION:The fixing roll consists of a core metal 11, a heat-resistant elastic layer 12 provided around the core metal, and a tetrafluoro ethylene- perfluoroalkyl vinylether copolymer resin layer 13 as the surface layer provided around the elastic layer. The resin layer consists of an inner layer 13a having <=10<11>OMEGA.cm volume resistivity and an outer layer 13b of 3-50mum thickness, and the total thickness of the resin layer is 20-500mum. |
