PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of the device without degrading the high speed access and the deflection acceleration performance of a laser beam. CONSTITUTION:A laser unit 8B of a stationary optical part 5B is disposed and directed so that it can emit a laser beam 7B in a horizontal direction, a stationary reflection mirror 22 reflecting the laser beam downward is provided, and a tracking actuator 10 of the stationary optical part is constructed so that a movable reflection mirror 12 can displace within the incident surface (X-Z plane) of a reflected laser beam 23 reflected by the stationary reflection mirror 22. |
