PURPOSE:To perform the stable correlation detection and to miniaturize a device by performing the self-correlation detection with an SAW device after the carrier frequency of an input base band signal and a modulating signal is converted. CONSTITUTION:A base band signal from an input terminal 10 is mixed with a signal from a local oscillator 50 by a mixer 20 and becomes a signal for a local frequency. The signal is inputted to a SAW device 30, a self-correlation signal is detected and removed from an output terminal 60. A modulating signal having the carrier frequency from the terminal 10 is mixed with the signal of the oscillator 50 by the mixer 20, becomes the signal for the local frequency, the selfcorrelation signal is detected by the device 30 and removed from the terminal 60. Thus, by performing the frequency conversion of the input signal and detecting the self-correlation, the stable self-correlation signal can be detected and the device is miniaturized. |
