PURPOSE:To prevent leakage between a valve body and a valve seat during its totally closed operation and their mutual sticking, and to make the miniaturization of a solenoid and electric power saving possible. CONSTITUTION:A block 4 is provided with a negative pressure chamber 5 communicating with the downstream side of a fluid passage, an atmospheric pressure chamber 6 communicating with the upstream side of a fluid passage, a valve seat 9 and a diaphragm chamber 17, and the chamber 6 is made to communicate with the chamber 17. A diaphragm 16 is provided with the first valve body 21 opposite to the valve seat 9 and a main valve 19 having a hollow part 23. A plate 13 opposite to the diaphragm 16 is provided with an atmospheric pressure introducing port 15, and surrounded by a housing 25. A plunger 29 is slidably fitted in a solenoid 28 supported by the housing 25, and provided with the second back-tapered valve body 32 loosely fitted in the port 15. |
