<p>PURPOSE:To secure the electrical insulation between the core at a terminal side of a coil bobbin and the terminal as well as the safety and excellent characteristics by a method wherein a part of a magnetic core positioned at least at one terminal side of the coil bobbin is notched down. CONSTITUTION:A notched down part 39 is formed by cutting off this side downward corresponding part of the yoke part 37 of the first E type core 31 making an angle in the oblique direction. Next, the title transformer 60 is composed of the central magnetic leg 32 of the first E type core 31 and the central magnetic leg 32 of the second E type core 42 inserted into the central magnetic leg insertion hole 59 respectively from the high potential side P and the low potential side s for the fixation step. Through these procedures, the electrical insulation distance can be kept between the magnetic core on a terminal side and the terminal isolated by the notched down part so that the electrical shortage between the core and the terminal at the high potential side corresponding part of the transformer etc., may be prevented from occurring thereby making the breakdown prevention as well as the operational safety protection of the transformer etc., feasible.</p> |
