PURPOSE:To form precisely a fiber-flocked layer of desired density and thickness which has excellent sound absorbing effect and high porosity and never vibrates by itself by sound pressure, by electrostatically flocking sound absorbing fibers at a prescribed position. CONSTITUTION:At the back side of cone type diaphragm 2 with edge 1 at its circumference and dome type diaphragm 3 formed in the same body with diaphragm 2, pole 5 is provided extending from yoke 4 and on pole 5, cylindrical equalizer 10 having fiber flocked electrostatically on the surface opposing to diaphragm 3 is provided. The electrostatic flocked layer 11 on the surface of this equalizer 10 is formed by electrostatically sucking short synthetic resin fiber of 0.1-1mm. length to the side of equalizer 10 in an electric field and by sticking it to the surface. In this case, an area where no fiber is planted is masked and the area where it is planted is applied with adhesives and provided with an electric field. Further, electrostatic fiber-flocked layer 11 is formed on the internal circumference surface of equalizer 10 or pole 5 and yoke 4. |
