PURPOSE:To prevent a frequency display part from being wasteful of space by permitting one frequency display part to provide display both in normal channel selecting operation and in presetting operation. CONSTITUTION:Change-over switch S2 is placed at side TM and a desired channel is selected by operating channel-selecting variable capacitor VC over a look at frequency display part D and meter M. Next, switch S2 is changed over to side A, change-over switch S1 is connected to contact 1 and variable resistor VR1 is operated and stopped where meter M indicates the neutral point. Consequently, resistor VR1 stores the mechanical position of variable capacitor VC for the desired channel in the form of a voltage signal and the presetting operation ends. Similarly, random desired channels are preset to random contacts of switch S1 is changed over to the contact that corresponds to the channel, switch S2 is connected to side A and variable capacitor VC is moved and stopped where meter M indicates the neutral point. Thus, tuning to a desired channel is attained. |
