PRODUCTION OF MOLD FOR PRECISION CASTING

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of a mold improving strength at high temp. without damaging mold characteristic and having excellent precise castability of unioriented solidifying and single crystal casting. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing method of the mold for precision casting formed with plural layers by alternately coating slurry and fine granular refractory, filler in the above slurry and the above fine granular refractory are mainly composed of Al2O3 fine grains and the max grain diameter in the above filler contained in the first layer is made smaller than the max. grain diameter of the filler contained in the second and the following layers, which are made to 100mum-200mum the max. grain diameter and >=20mum the average grain diameter.
