PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a cold storage tank in pressure- and corrosion-resistance by preventing the temperature of a mixed fluid in a cold storage tank in the case where operation of a cold storage deice is interrupted over a long period of time as in summer. CONSTITUTION:A stirrer 8 is operated when a mixed fluid 5 in a cold storage tank 1 rises beyond a predetermined temperature. A refrigerator C is operated when the temperature of the mixed fluid 5 is not lowered below the predetermined temperature even with the foregoing operation of the stirrer and fresh air temperature is above the predetermined temperature.
