PURPOSE:To prevent an information processor from being uselessly stopped due to temperature abnormality. CONSTITUTION:At the time of detecting that a signal outputted from a temperature(temp.) sensor 4 is temp. T1, a level '1' comparator 13 in a control unit 2 outputs a power OFF signal. At the time of detecting that the signal from the sensor 4 is temp. T3 (temp T3 < temp. T1), a level '3' comparator 15 outputs a program saving signal. At the time of detecting that the signal from the sensor 4 is temp. T2 (temp. T2 < temp. T3), a level '2' comparator 17 informs arrival at the temp. T2 to an AND circuit 23. At the time of detecting the reduction of the flow rate of a liquid cooling medium by a signal outputted from a flow meter 6, a flow rate comparator 21 informs the reduction of the cooling medium to zero to the AND circuit 23. When the internal temperature of a heating element reaches the temp. T2 and the flow rate of the cooling medium is reduced to zero, the AND circuit 23 outputs a program saving signal. |
