<p>PURPOSE:To provide possibility of holding the suction pressure constant using a pressure control valve and prevent power loss and self-exciting vibration of delivery valve by changing the inclination angle of a swing plate through pressure adjustment inside the crank chamber, and thereby making the delivery capacity of compressor variable. CONSTITUTION:In this compressor in which the delivery capacity is made vari able by changing the inclination angle of a swing plate accommodated in a crank chamber 7 through adjustment of the pressure therein, a pressure control valve 26 consisting of a bellows valve is interposed in No. 1 passage 28 which puts a suction pressure chamber 27 defined between cylinder head 4 and valve plate 3 in communication to the crank chamber 7. The two chambers 27, 7 are also in communication through No. 2 passage 30, while a No. 3 passage 31 puts the crank chamber 7 in communication with a discharge pressure cham ber 32, wherein opening and closing of No. 1-3 passages 28, 30, 31 are con trolled by a sole selector valve 35 according to the pressure in said delivery pressure chamber 32. No. 2 passage 30 is equipped with an orifice 33 as a throt tle mechanism.</p> |
