PURPOSE:To perform registration in an easy manner without misregistration by a method wherein a printing start position is determined by referring to the positions of original masking plate removal parts of an original masking plate, an image is printed on the original masking plate and an image forming masking material formed in this manner is registered at the time of an exposure to light again using the image forming removal parts. CONSTITUTION:Original masking plate removal parts 3 are previously formed in a hole form on the four corners of a sheet-form original masking plate 1 in a non-image area 2 thereof. By referring to the positions of the original masking plate removal parts 3, a thermal printing start position is determined. Images, such as characters 5, are thermally printed in an image area 4. At the time of an exposure to light, an image forming masking material 10 formed by such a printing is registered again using the image forming removal parts 3 and exposed to light. Therefore, the masking material 10 can be simply registered without misregistration. |
