<p>PURPOSE:To improve the operability of a device by improving the display method of a still picture and making it easy to visually confirm the renewing state of the picture. CONSTITUTION:When display is renewed from an old display picture 9 to a new display picture 10 on a still picture display device, it is accomplished by displaying a mark 13 on the border part 12 of both of them. The distinction between the old and the new display pictures can easily be and visually confirmed, so that the operability is improved at the adjustment time of image quality, focusing, etc. Since it is easy to confirm that the picture is being renewed, the erroneous judgment that the device is stopped is prevented.</p> |
