<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a pipe jumper device which has a color tone harmonious with the surrounding environment. CONSTITUTION:This is the manufacture of the pipe jumper device of an aerial power transmission line, which roughens the surface of the aluminum pipe being the main parts of the pipe jumper device of the aerial power transmission line and then, applies sulfur containing organic compounds dissolved in a solvent on the surface of aluminum and then, heat-treats it. Hereby, it can have low- reflectance and low-lightness surface without unevenness in color.</p> |
