<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative material having suede like smooth touch by filling the recessed parts of a base material with mat materials having a particle size relatively large with respect to the depth of the recessed parts of the base material. CONSTITUTION:A film 2 of paint containing mat materials 3 having a particle size relatively large to the depth of the recessed parts of a base material (the mean particle size of the mat materials is 30-70% of the depth of the recessed parts of the base material) is formed to the base material 1 having an uneven surface to fill at least the recessed parts of the base material 1. As the base material 1, a conventional one may be used. Representatively, there is a thermoplastic resin sheet. The depth of the recessed parts is pref. set to 5mum or more, especially, 10mum or more and the width thereof is pref. set to 10mum or more, especially, 50mum or more. The particle size of the mat materials is selected according to the depth of the recessed parts but one with a particle size of 5-100mum, especially, 10-50mum is inexpensive and easy to obtain. When elastic spherical resin beads are used as the mat materials 3, touch also becomes well in addition to appearance.</p> |
