PURPOSE:To contrive a reduction of a cost by improving a mass production effect by shortening a molding cycle by a method wherein at the time of fitting of a cylindrical molding material held and fed within a stationary mold of an injection molding machine to a hollow part within a mobile mold by an abutting action by a movement of the mobile mold, a molding hollow part is formed of the molding material and an axial member inserted and arranged within the molding material and resin molding is performed. CONSTITUTION:A stationary mold 10 is energized and held movably within a fixed range so that the stationary mold 10 is separated mutually from a base fixed to an injection molding machine and a molding material 27 fed and held within a guide hole of the stationary mold 10 is fitted within a hollow of a mobile mold 12 by an abutting action of the mobile mold 12. On this occasion, since the title device is constituted so that a molding hollow part into which resin is filled is formed of an inner wall of the molding material and an axial material member inserted and arranged within the molding material, through which shortening of a molding cycle time can be attained. |
