PURPOSE:To see that the operation processing time in a protective relay can be sharply reduced and that the program can be changed easily. CONSTITUTION:The instantaneous values of voltage, currents, etc., being taken in from an outside i/o part 16 are operated, using a three-product method, with main CPU11 so as to obtain effective values. The obtained effective values are logically judged for five reference value for logical judgment of a setting memory and, in an expert chip 14, the fundamental elements (operation and unoperation) of a relay. Moreover, the expert chip 14 logically judges the combination elements (overcurrent, undervoltage, etc.) of the relay. |
