The U-shaped pipe clip is for an underfloor heating pipe (1). It grips around the pipe and holds it down. The two free ends of the clip are barbed (2) to form an anchor under a concealing layer (3). Two parallel spring tongues (7) project downwards from inside the top (4) of the clip, forming a spring (5) to clamp down on the pipe (1). The extent to which the spring (5) presses the pipe down is equal to the length of the sides of the clip when fixed. USE/ADVANTAGE - The clip is driven in over the pipe by a stapling machine and becomes anchored in position due to the barbs.
