PURPOSE:To provide the subject new synthetic resin interlining material for clothing, excellent in spring elasticity, having shape recovery properties and a light and soft touch and excellent in serviceability such as washability. CONSTITUTION:An interlining material for clothing is formed by using a resin material mainly composed of a polyphenylene sulfide resin having a substantially straight chain molecular structure and 150-6000 poise melt viscosity at 310 deg.C and 10<3>/sec shear rate.
