PURPOSE:To offer the method for efficient production of basic brick containing free lime at high yield without drying process. CONSTITUTION:An alkylene carbonate and polyisocyanate, as a binder are added to ash clay at normal temp., kneaded and molded at normal temp. to obtain unburned brick without drying, or to obtain burned brick by burning without drying. The binder has self hardening property so that high raw material strength can be obtd. without drying. Thereby, the brick has little crack which gives high production yield. |
