<p>Swan-neck type separable articulated connection formed from a crook (21) and a fork (22) between a load carrying tractor (1) and a semi-trailer (6) for heavy vehicles, characterised by a coupling interface (19) with a complete-access opening (24) integral with the chassis end front structure of the semi-trailer, by a smooth fork (22) mounted pivotably on the crook (21), and actuated by a tilting jack (52), by a joining centre by assembling/locking the interface (19) to the fork (22) connecting the pivoting of the fork with the assembly of the semi-trailer (6) and by a manoeuvre-assistance assembly mounted between the crook (21) and the chassis of the load carrying tractor (1) for preadjusting the inclination of the crook.
