摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a compsn. having a high dielectric constant, a low temp. coefft. of resonance frequency and high no-load Q and giving dielectric porcelain used in a microwave region. CONSTITUTION:When a compsn. consisting of lead oxide, hafnium oxide and calcium oxide is represented by a formula xPbO-yHfO2-zCaO (where x, y and z show molar ratio and x+y+z=1.0), the oxides are blended so as to satisfy 0.415<=y<=0.59 and 0.085<=z<=0.30 and the resulting compsn. is sintered.
